Important information for the Dwell Retreat

Registration for Dwell 2019 is now closed

LOCATION

 

St. Iakovos Retreat Center 920 224th Ave, Kansasville, WI 53139

Once you turn onto the property, you'll go down an empty drive, around a curve, then past several buildings before coming to the large lodge on your right. The parking lot will be just beyond the lodge. Unload and come on into the lodge to be directed to your room!

Timing

Please plan your arrival for between 6pm and 7pm on Friday night (if possible) and be sure to grab dinner before you arrive! The retreat will conclude on Sunday morning around 11:30am.

Carpool

Please see the "Edge Women's Ministry" Facebook group for various threads on carpooling based on departure time. If you're not in that group, reply to this email with a request to be added!

Packing list

  • "Saturday-wear" clothing - items you can be active and comfortable in! (Given the time of year, dressing in layers will be helpful)

  • Toiletries

  • Bath towel

  • Walking shoes (or running shoes, if so inclined!)

  • Rain/mud boots (for possibly muddy trails)

  • Bug spray and sunscreen

  • A small outdoor blanket or yoga mat

  • Reusable water bottle and/or thermos

  • Bible+ journal + pen

  • Large purse or small bag for carrying your bible/journal

  • A salty or sweet treat to share (optional)

  • Fancy pens, watercolors or pencils for artistic journaling (optional)
